Use this form to request evaluation of coursework you completed at a California Community College. Not sure if your college qualifies? See the full list of eligible colleges. For all other schools, contact an Academic Counselor.
Before you submit, make sure:
- You've applied to or are currently enrolled at SBCC.
- Your official transcripts have been received by SBCC Admissions & Records. How to submit your transcripts · Verify receipt.
- (AP scores only) Your scores have been sent to SBCC. See AP Test Score Instructions.
Do not use this form for prerequisite clearance. Those requests will not be processed here. Go to the Prerequisite Clearance page.
